Our company has all the necessary technology and the newest equipment to
handle transactions smoothly and efficiently. We use high speed cable Internet service. We can accept e-mail documents that
are laser printed on both letter and legal size paper. We also can copy and/or fax any necessary documents for loan packages
in both letter and legal paper formats. When it is necessary to destroy confidential documents we use a cross-cut paper shredder.
We have multiple phone lines and cell phones for us to stay in communications
with all necessary parties. We also take photographs, with a digital camera, when requested.
We run networked Mac's and PC's, so accessing viewers (Adobe, Swiftview,
Rakis, DynamicDoxs, Microsoft Word, etc.) is never a problem for us. We also maintain client data bases containing important
information and "procedures." Having several computers allows us to prepare for multiple signings at any given time.
We realize that every customer is important and deserves to be treated
with respect. The notary may be the last, and many times, the only face-to-face encounter the borrower has during the entire
loan transaction. It is our responsibility to make the customer, your client, feel at ease with the loan documents, and the
entire document signing process.
