We take the loan documents to the borrower, assist them in the proper executions of each document, notarize where needed, and then return the documents to the lenders by the overnight carrier of their choice (will even hand deliver docs in the local area). We have completed hundreds of assignments for lenders that include: Refinance loans, secondary loans, and equity lines of credit, etc. We also do “In-Office Real Estate Loan Document Signings” at the lender’s office.
